Complaints & Appeals

Jurnal Psikologi Ulayat is committed to providing a fair and transparent platform. Authors who believe that an editorial decision was made in error or was unfair may submit a formal appeal.

Grounds for Appeal: Appeals will only be considered if the author provides specific, evidence-based rebuttals addressing factual inaccuracies, reviewer bias, or technical errors in the review process.

Complaints Process: Any complaints regarding editorial conduct, peer review procedures, or publication practices should be addressed directly to the Editor-in-Chief via email at karel.karsten@uph.edu or jurnal@k-pin.org. All complaints will be acknowledged promptly and investigated objectively in accordance with COPE guidelines.
